– Special orders are accepted on a discretionary basis and may be refused.
– By using the website, you agree to these terms and conditions, which constitute your binding obligations with KTVHF.
– You shall not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, products, or services obtained from this website.
Electronic Communication
– When you use any KTVHF Service or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically.
– You agree to receive communications from us electronically.
**Pricing**
– All prices listed are subject to change and are for reference purposes only.
Cancellation Policy
– Orders cannot be canceled or changed once in process, en route, or delivered unless informed one working day in advance.
– In case of cancellation by KTVHF, the amount will be credited back within 7 working days.
Shipping and Delivery
– Delivery is estimated within 2 working days once ordered.
– “No questions asked return and refund policy” for unsatisfactory products at the time of delivery.
– We cannot guarantee delivery time for rural addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases, and similar locations.
– The delivery will not be redirected/redelivered to any other address.
– Orders should be placed at least 5 days in advance before major holidays/festivals.
Disclaimer of Warranties
– KTVHF does not warrant the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any data, information, product, or service.
– KTVHF shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or the inability to use the Services.
Severability
– If any provision of the Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall still be enforceable.
Limitation of Liability
– KTVHF’s maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
Force Majeure
– Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond their reasonable control.
– Parties excused for the duration of the force majeure event.
Governing Law
– These terms are governed by the laws of India.
– Disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai.
